Data collected on this site

This site sets no advertising cookies and no analytics that require consent. If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, the site language and the sign up date. If you ask to test the app on Android, we receive the Google address on your phone: it is used to register you for the test on Google Play, to send you your invitation and then the Premium code at launch, and it is kept for at most 3 years. If you write to us through the contact form, we receive your name (optional), email, topic and message: they are only used to reply to you, based on our legitimate interest in handling your request, and are kept for the duration of the exchange and at most 3 years.

Purpose and legal basis

Your email is only used to tell you when the app launches and, if you wish, to send you moopy flow news. Processing is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to us.

Retention

Your email is kept until you unsubscribe, and at most 3 years after our last contact with you.

Recipients and processors

Your data is never sold. It is accessible to the moopy flow team and our technical providers: IONOS (site hosting, in Europe) and Brevo (waitlist and email delivery, in France). When a provider is located outside the European Union, the transfer is covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. Write to contact@moopyflow.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr) or your local data protection authority.

Mobile app

Data processing inside the app (account, mood journal, subscription) is described in the app’s own privacy policy, available in its settings and on the App Store and Google Play listings.
