Follow the shape: it grows as you breathe in and shrinks as you breathe out.
How to do it
- Pick two simple words. In the app: “Peace” as you breathe in, “Release” as you breathe out.
- Breathe in for 4 seconds thinking of the first.
- Breathe out for 6 seconds thinking of the second.
- If a thought shows up, just come back to the words.
