Access

The site is free to access. We may change it or suspend access, for example for maintenance.

Content

The exercises and tips on this site are for wellbeing purposes. They do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. Stop any exercise if you feel unwell or dizzy.

Subscriptions

App subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple’s App Store or Google Play, under their terms. Cancel from the settings of the relevant store account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any action before the competent courts.
