Follow the shape: it grows as you breathe in and shrinks as you breathe out.
How to do it
- Breathe in for 2 seconds, out for 2 seconds.
- Climb one step: in for 3 seconds, out for 3 seconds.
- Keep climbing, one more second at each step, up to 7 seconds.
- At the top, start the staircase again from the bottom.
