How to do it
- Breathe in through your nose for 2 to 3 seconds.
- Without breathing out, breathe in a little more to fill your lungs.
- Breathe out slowly and fully through your mouth, about 6 seconds.
- Repeat 2 to 3 times, then breathe normally.
