Why moopy flow is only about breathing

Your breath is the only stress tool you always carry. Free, instant, discreet. Yet nobody teaches us how to use it.

Wellbeing apps offer hundreds of meditations, playlists and courses. We made the opposite choice: one topic, done thoroughly. Fourteen techniques, exercises built for the moments you really need them, and tools to make it a habit.

Our mission: give everyone an instant way to take back control of their stress, sleep and energy.

Who is behind moopy flow

Géraud Paillard-Brunet

Founder of moopy flow

I’m Géraud Paillard-Brunet, 46, and I live in Le Bouscat, near Bordeaux, France, with my family and our two children.

I have been making video games for 20 years. It is an exciting job, where the pressure can run very high. Five years ago, during a period of intense pressure, I discovered breathing. A few minutes a day changed everything: I found calm again, I could focus on what matters, and that calm reached my teams too.

Using games for health is something I have done before: mental health apps for a French regional health agency, a game that helps children stick to their growth hormone treatment, and even a game that makes them want to brush their teeth 🙂. In total, our games have been downloaded more than 100 million times.

moopy flow brings these two stories together: what helped me through a tough time, and the know-how to make a good habit simple, playful and enjoyable.
